S.I.G.N.A.L. Small Intimate Groups - Nurturing and Loving
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The purpose of the small group ministry at Monroe Evangelical Free Church
is to change lives through the application of Biblical principles, caring
support, personal accountability and outreach in a setting of genuine
Christian relationships.
OBJECTIVE:
It is our desire to facilitate the development of groups, which can and will through the spirit of God:
Be devoted and give preference to one another. (Romans 10:12)
Accept one another. (Romans 15:7)
Care for one another. (I Corinthians 12:15)
Bear one another’s burdens. (Galatians 6:2)
Forgive one another. (Ephesians 4:32)
Encourage and build up one another. (I Thessalonians 5:11)
Stimulate one another to love and good deeds, (Hebrews 10:24)
Confess your sins to one another. (James 5:16)
Serve one another. (I Peter 4:10)
Love one another. (I John 4:11)
Pray for one another. (James 5:16)
